We invite a skilled, motivated, and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help develop and enhance innovative fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. In this role, you'll oversee the work of two delivery teams and perform various tasks associated with Scrum Master functions.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple delivery teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in people management (1-1 meetings, PDPs, constructive feedback, onboarding)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of Scrum with practical experience as a Scrum Master
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Expertise in managing risks and dependencies
• Strong time-management skills, stress resilience, and flexibility
• Experience working with international teams across different time zones
  
  

Desirable:

• Scrum Master and SAFe certifications
• Expertise in project budgeting
  
  

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll coordinate the activities of two teams, making sure they align with project goals. You'll provide effective people management and promote adherence to Scrum principles.

• Apply best project management practices and systems to help achieve software-related objectives
• Plan and distribute project work among team members for smooth and timely delivery
• Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and techniques
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Manage changes, stakeholders, and risks effectively
• Assist with staffing and onboarding new team members
• Drive people management activities (motivation, personal development, career planning, etc.)
• Oversee project resources, report updates to key stakeholders, and ensure budget targets are met
• Coordinate and oversee night releases to ensure smooth deployment
