Are you passionate about turning business needs into digital solutions? We’re looking for a Digital Technical Analyst to help shape and support the future of our digital platforms. You'll be the link between users, business teams, and developers—making sure solutions are well-designed, tested, and aligned with strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across business, marketing, and IT to capture requirements and translate them into clear, structured documentation.
• Work closely with developers throughout the implementation phase and support user testing and go-live activities.
• Define functional and technical documentation for new and existing digital systems.
• Validate digital solutions before rollout to ensure they meet business needs and perform reliably.
• Help shape the roadmap and manage the backlog of digital initiatives.
• Cooperate with the Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting and digital KPIs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business IT, Informatics, Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a functional analyst or digital product-related role.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
• You live in Belgium.

Skills We Value

• Knowledge of SAP Commerce, SAP S/4HANA, MDM, or PIM is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, CX tools, and e-commerce technologies.
• Ability to write functional specs that are clear, realistic, and deadline-driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Capable of proposing scalable digital solutions and understanding user-centric requirements.
• Understanding of digital quality, security, and reliability standards.
