Role: Software Engineer

Location: 1000 brussels, Belgium

Contract duration: 6 months with a possibility of extension

Languages: Dutch, French and English

Job description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Software engineer with a passion for modelling, designing, developing innovative software components and applications. Has experience in developing data applications in Python and .NET, and a proven track record in translating customer needs into technical requirements.

Core competencies:

• Front-end development: Expertise in building and maintaining applications in React. Knowledge of Angular is a strong plus.
• Back-end development : In-depth knowledge of Python for software dev and optionally a strong plus in .NET.
• Data Quality and Integrity: Strong focus on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• It's a plus if you already have experience with web servers Nginx or Apache.

Education:

• Minimum bachelor in Software Development/ IT
• Proven experience in the field of application development in Python
