Information Technology Project Manager

 In this tole, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the management of projects in inherently complex fields, helping to improve the lives of Estonian residents – we never run out of challenges.  
• Work alongside top-level leaders and specialists to enhance the development processes of websites and information systems.  
• Support the company’s sales activities and technical advancement. 

Our expectations of you:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects  
• Excellent analytical thinking skills  
• You have prior experience with Drupal  
• You have previously worked in an agile development environment  
• Challenges don’t intimidate you – they motivate you 
• You are open and communicate well with both your team and clients – in Estonian and English
• You can work independently, but you are also a strong team player  
• You are ready to work at least 2 days a week at our Rakvere office  
• If you're based in Tartu, we’ll definitely find a suitable work arrangement – let’s talk!  
• The workload is flexible – both full-time and part-time options are possible  
• A Scrum Master certificate is a bonus
