Your Missions

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst & Visualization Specialist to join our Global Commercial Organization – Center of Excellence (GCO-CoE). This team is dedicated to leveraging advanced analytics to optimize our commercial operations and strategy.

Reporting directly to the GCO Excellence Vice President, you will design and develop powerful data visualizations, uncover critical business trends, and drive data-centric decision-making.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive commercial success.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate key business metrics effectively.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Lead the collection, processing, and harmonization of strategic account data to create a reliable data foundation.
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks to align data processes with business planning and reporting requirements.
  • Spearhead data-driven reporting and analytics projects across various internal stakeholders and business segments.
  • Serve as a Data Domain Owner, ensuring data accessibility, integrity, and governance while mitigating risks.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions to support business objectives.
  • Conduct rigorous data quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proficiency in data management & analytics tools (SQL & Python preferred, R, Alteryx, etc.) and familiarity with data engineering and analytics platforms (Databricks preferred, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, AWS ).
  • Experience in customer-level reporting and strategic data preparation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and develop requirements for data architecture teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities – translating complex data into compelling business insights.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Industry knowledge in animal health or agriculture is a plus.
