Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using best practices in coding and architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable codebases.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to guarantee superior user experiences.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve product reliability.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

Proven experience as a Software Engineer with strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with effective communication in global teams.
