Physical Security Engineer - Germany, Frankfurt - Permanent Contract

QCS staffing are partnered with a leading independent company who combine engineering, design and consultancy services with software and technology to deliver complex projects across the globe. Our client’s projects include those in the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, Transport and Water sectors to name a few.

Their team is composed of experts in diverse fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, security technology and project management to name a few.

To support with these projects and their continued growth, they are currently looking to hire a Physical Security Engineer in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analyses to identify strategic threats and inform long-term security planning;
• Translate strategic insights into tactical security policies, frameworks, and guidelines;
• Design operational security measures tailored to specific risks and business processes;
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions;
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine implemented measures to support continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements:

• A completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. in Electrical Engineering or Security Management);
• Requires extensive experience in a security-focused environment;
• Strong communication and advisory skills and a proactive mindset and eagerness to keep learning;
• Currently living in Germany, with flexibility towards travelling to the Netherlands when needed to align with the global team;
• Familiarity with security systems and design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
