As an Agile Development Lead / Scrum Master, you’ll be instrumental in embedding agile principles, boosting flow efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. You’ll guide multiple product development teams in applying and evolving the Scrum framework, helping them turn ideas into market-ready solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Guide and support several interdisciplinary mechatronic teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch
• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective, Refinement)
• Develop and refine agile metrics, tools, and processes to enhance innovation, transparency, and delivery flow
• Work closely with Product Owners, System Architects, and stakeholders to align OKRs, product backlogs, and market requirements
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches and other Scrum Masters to scale agile practices across the organization (e.g., via Communities of Practice)
Your Profile & What You Bring
• A degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field
• A sound understanding of mechatronic product development (software, electronics, mechanics, systems engineering)
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in a mechatronic environment
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I, CSM®); familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks is a plus
• Fluency in both German and English
