🛠 What You’ll Do

Own the backend development of the SIGN IT solution
Translate legal and compliance requirements into scalable, production-ready code
Build and optimize APIs and backend services in Golang
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape architecture and strategy
Support and mentor junior team members
Drive end-to-end delivery, from feature planning to monitoring in production
Communicate regularly with stakeholders — including regulators
Help create reusable solutions that can scale to other teams and markets
You’ll actively apply AI/ML tools (e.g., code generation, anomaly detection, test automation) to enhance software quality, performance, and efficiency

✅ What You Bring

Must-Have Experience:

5+ years in backend development
You’ve applied AI to improve backend systems—whether through automated scaling, anomaly detection, or intelligent logging
2+ years working with Golang
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Experience with software architecture patterns and scalable backend design
Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead by example
Full professional proficiency in Italian (C1) and English
You have hands-on experience or a strong drive to integrate AI and automation into your development workflows—e.g., using tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeium, or your own scripts

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or Google Cloud services
Agile mindset (without being process-heavy)
