Information About The Position

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our Brand and Communications Design team and help shape Vinted’s visual identity across all touchpoints. From creative campaigns to product visuals and digital assets, you’ll craft bold, impactful designs that bring our brand to life. In this fast-paced, cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, channel managers, and external creative partners to ensure Vinted’s brand remains consistent, forward-thinking, and visually distinctive. Your ideas and expertise will influence a wide range of projects across marketing and product communications. You’ll also play a key role in co-leading the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools to enhance both creativity and efficiency.

In this position, you’ll

• Craft bold, innovative visual design concepts across branding, creative campaigns, and digital product communications.
• Design and deliver a versatile mix of assets - from product visuals to digital and print materials, templates, and visual systems.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, copywriters, channel managers, strategists, and design leaders to bring projects to life.
• Champion the use of cutting-edge AI tools within the team to boost efficiency and unlock new creative possibilities.
• Partner with senior designers to evolve Vinted’s brand identity, pitching fresh ideas and refining our brand guidelines.
• Lead and elevate the visual output of external creative partners, ensuring every piece hits the highest quality bar.
  
  

About You

• A mid-to-senior multidisciplinary Graphic Designer with a track record of 5 to 8+ years of experience across digital, web, and print design.
• Brings a diverse portfolio that showcases wide-ranging skills, creativity, and industry know-how.
• Experienced in leading design direction with sharp critical thinking that sparks creative innovation.
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to generate standout visuals.
• Great collaborator - always ready to contribute as a team player and support the crew.
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven, juggling multiple projects with full ownership and flair.
• Pro communicator - fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• A master of industry-standard design software like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and more.

The salary range for this position is € 3,785 - 5,242 gross per month.
