Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services.
AlphaOmega is a tech-driven start-up, we have built a scalable, distributed platform supporting the production of millions of regulatory reports that we develop following a continuous delivery approach. Most of our applications are developed in Python deployed on an OpenShift cluster processing data ingested from a wide diversity of source and stored in our data warehouse built on MSSQL, MongoDB, and S3 buckets.
To support our expansion, we are looking for the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity as:
Reporting Officer (F/M)
Your mission:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and support all the questions raised and related to the Data Management
- Receive accounting data for regulatory reporting and follow-up with clients and fund administrators
- Be in contact with data providers and platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Refinitiv) to ensure the smooth data delivery and publication
- Be implicated in the production of several regulatory and marketing reports such as KIIDs, Factsheets, ….
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve and set up our custom-built solutions in terms of Data Management
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering or related field. Quantitative Specialization is a plus
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industry
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision
- Excellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or R skills are an asset
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to quickly understand and analyse requests, propose solutions, synthesise and express them in a clear manner
