UI Designer

We are seeking UI Designer to join our fast-paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise-level products for global markets. You will work with UX & UI designers, QA teams, mobile and frontend developers to deliver best-in-class digital products.

What will you do?

· Be part of the design process for products or projects.

· Create interface designs that suit user needs by working with the UX team and/or project managers to determine design directions.

· Be responsible for the quality of the projects you work on, creating design systems or making screen adaptations in accordance with existing ones, taking action and responsibility for new design solutions.

· Participate in design review and critique sessions to ensure high quality standards.

· Stay current on UI design trends and share your knowledge with the team in our Design Meetings.

What are we looking for?

· 3+ years of experience in User Interface Design.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.

· A strong portfolio that showcases your work is a must.

(Minimum of 3 different mobile application designs are required in the portfolio.)

· Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

· Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, layout, and visual design.

· Experience in mobile and responsive web design.

· Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.

· Advanced verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Knowledge of these will be a bonus!

· Working in a multinational team with international and local clients.

· Experience with Agile working methodologies.

· Working with remote teams.

· Proficiency in German is a plus.
