Job Title: DevOps & Compliance Engineer

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Work Model: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week

Client: Wipro CH for Financial Customer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps & Compliance Engineer to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will lead the onboarding and production-readiness of the Redact CID application, ensuring it meets all compliance and deployment requirements. You will also support KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities for existing applications and contribute to automation and SWCM (Software Configuration Management) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical onboarding of the Redact CID application.
• Implement required MERs to ensure compliance and production-readiness of Redact CID.
• Perform KTLO tasks related to LAIA within the SWCM framework.
• Ensure the Redact CID application complies with organizational standards and is fully operational for go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams to automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SWCM, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Configuration Management (SWCM).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, particularly with GitLab pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with SERA and the implementation of MERs for application compliance.
