By joining the Group Digital and Capabilities Division, you will be joining an international and geographically spread team that, through strong collaboration, articulates the business strategy and engages the company to deliver and grow profitable products & services.

The Tribe you will be joining is the Screen Engagement Interface. Main objective of this Tribe is to deliver Euroclear customers frontend services and products, in a reliable and stable manner, to monitor their activities, enable reporting and allow transactions

General Job Description

• Trains and coaches the Squad to adopt the Scrum framework, Agile practices, and the Euroclear Agile Operating Model
• Acts as the servant leader and process facilitator for the Squad
• Applies continuous improvement to increase the Squad productivity
• Facilitates the removal or escalation of Squad impediments
• Protects the Squad from external interferences
• Coaches the Squad to be self-organized and cross-functional
• Work closely with Delivery Owners (Project Managers) and Release Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects and releases
• Ensures the Squad’s adherence to IT Controls
• Work largely autonomously in complex situations, for example with multiple cross-domain dependencies or characterized by a high frequency of change or an important level of uncertainty

• Improves Squad efficiency by
• Facilitating team dynamics and ceremonies
• Ensuring the Squad solves the problems and follows-up on the actions
• Removing impediments faced by the Squad and escalating them, when necessary
• Suggesting adaptations to the process
• Coaches the Squad
• To be self-organizing and cross-functional
• To apply Scrum framework and practices
• To adopt the Euroclear Agile Operating Model
• Collects and analyses Squad Key Agile Metrics
• Facilitates the Squad's ceremonies
• Ensures the Squad complies to the DoR-DoD document and that it is kept up to date (as part of continuous improvement).
• Ensures that Risk and IT Controls related gaps are documented and agreed on remediation actions with Product Owner.
• Ensures escalation is done on non-compliant IT Controls as well as reporting on resolution action plans
• Manages and follows-up on dependencies with enabler Squads
• Shares impediments and corrective actions with the Agile Centre of Excellence
• Close collaboration with Project Manager and Release Manager to meet project goals and timelines by effective planning and allocation of the Squad Resources
• Monitors squad delivery in terms of planning and estimations
• Ensure that deliverables follow guidelines and standards (e.g. documentation)
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven Scrum Master or Project Manager experience (preferably in a large Financial Services organization)
• You have good knowledge of agile delivery methods as well as the waterfall approach, and ability to adapt to a “meet half-way approach”
• You are experienced in leading teams with end-to-end delivery of several projects in parallel with different size
• The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and critical metrics
• You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt your style according to the context and the different project partners
• You have proven experience working on planning, guiding teams in budget estimations
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Knowledge to coach and facilitate the team at different levels and events: refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, predictability, retrospectives and other Scrum techniques
• Planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teams
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
• The ability to operate in a changing environment and to participate to the change
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow is a plus

Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients.
