We are looking for a Project Manager to carry out the task of making project planning, monitoring, and reporting regularly to the senior management, in line with the bank's strategic goals based on business unit priorities.

Qualifications:

• Having a bachelor's degree from engineering departments,
• Excellent command of English,
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint applications so that they can be used actively in processes,
• Having a minimum of 7 years of project management, scrum master, product owner, or agile coach experience,
• Knowledge and experience in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps,
• Experience with transformation projects,
• Having worked on projects related to banking products is what will set you apart from other candidates,
• Being able to express yourself in the best way with open communication,
• Ability to take precautions against possible problems before they occur, with the ability to think strategically,
• We expect that managing the budget is equivalent to executing the future, and we hope you be self-confident in this field,
• Adopting persuasion strategies to maximize the belief in the project's goals,
• Making cause-effect relationships a part of your life with an analytically focused perspective.

Job Description:

• Within the scope of the preparation of the Program / Project plan; identifying critical success factors, clarifying the content, creating appropriate activities, scheduling the activities according to their priorities, and providing proper resource mobilization,
• Managing the scope, budget, human resources, and calendar in the Program / Projects,
• Making change management in scope, budget, and calendar changes that may arise in the program/project life cycle,
• Risk management in Programs / Projects; taking the relevant actions on time, informing the stakeholders promptly, and reporting the results,
• Ensuring communication and coordination with supplier companies for software development and consultancy activities within the projects,
• Coordination of purchases to be made within the scope of the project, follow-up of invoices, budget management,
• Management of project opening and closing processes (initial meetings, senior management briefings, lessons learned, critical success factor compliance assessments),
• Ensuring compliance with SDLC standards in the Program / Project life cycle,
• Providing project management support on both traditional and agile methodologies.
