Agile Coach
Job Description
We are looking for experienced hands-on Agile Coaches to join our team, Agile Studio in TEB Information Technologies (IT) Group, who can help us to take the next step in becoming more Agile.
As an Agile Coach, you are expected to familiarize new teams/to help already initiated teams to increase their maturity with the Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.), guiding principles and best practices.
Ensure Agile methodology is understood and followed. You will be also required to collaborate with other teams & team members as well as some key stakeholders/agile leaders to engage.
Key Accountabilities
- Help/guide teams to maximize their Agile maturity and adopt an Agile mindset and embrace Agile values, principles and practices,
- Ensure communication and alignment with all stakeholders,
- Actively support teams to deliver value more effectively,
- Inspect teams', tribes' and organization's agility at regular intervals, raise awareness and take action on problems and deficiencies,
- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions,
- Focus on continuous improvement—of teams and the organization —through “inspect and adapt”,
- Ensures that teams follow the enterprise scaling principles and processes,
- Ambassador for the promotion and deployment of the Agile methodology and tools throughout the organization,
- Drive/Support Agile adoption and rollout at the organization level ,
- Cultivate feedback loops and continuously improve Enterprise Agile guidance, training materials,
- Design and conduct the necessary agile metrics to monitor and measure the success of the agile transformation,
- Design, improve and facilitate Portfolio Agility processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experiences as Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Kanban Facilitator,
- Having deep knowledge in Agile approaches, especially Scrum and/or Kanban,
- Handle and embrace resistance and guide people through conflict in a healthy manner,
- Deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching at different levels,
- Experience of coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices,
- Experience in technical agility (TDD, Test Automation, Refactoring, CI/CD, etc.) is a plus,
- Analytical abilities, a goal oriented work approach, high degree of awareness, good team player,
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and event facilitation skills,
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, especially in computer engineering or in industrial engineering,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Certified Agile Coach/ Scrum Master is a plus,
- Knowledge of SDLC is a plus,
- Preferably Agile Transformation experience in Financial Sector (Banking, Insurance etc).
