Project Construction Manager -

• Our client is about to scale up to a new industrial manufacturing site while working with world's largest contractors and financial institutions.
• They are looking for a experienced Project Manager to their team, which needs to bring in expertise in managing projects such as in Oil & Gas industry, complex (high pressure & temperature, high tier SEVESO) industrial facilities and waste to energy projects.

Description

• Project Execution: Lead projects in high-pressure, high-temperature environments (Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon Facilities, SEVESO facilities, waste-to-energy systems).

• Technical Oversight: Manage chemical recycling and waste-to-energy projects.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to SEVESO regulations and environmental standards, minimizing emissions and toxic waste.

• Technical Stakeholder Management : Manage the stakeholders both internally and externally with aiming project completion.

• Resource Management: Optimize project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficiency and cost control.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with engineers, contractors, and regulators to ensure project alignment and compliance.

• Reporting: Deliver technical progress reports and ensure accurate project documentation. You will be supported by an external consultancy on this manner.

Profile

• High proficiency in English
• Ability to work in cross functional teams from different countries as majority of stakeholders involved are not from Turkey
• Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with min. 10 years of industrial plant design, development or construction experience,
• Experience in Hydrocarbons and Oil & Gas industry, complex (high pressure&temperature, high tier SEVESO) industrial facilities and waste to energy projects
• Hands on experience for design works required for conceptual, FEED and detailed design and leading engineering discussions with third party engineering firms and consultants,
• Good knowledge of 2D & 3D drawing software (CAD, etc.), MS Project and reporting tools
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad when needed (EU Zone)
• Willing to move to Europe for the project at a later stage (2026 and onward)
