Job Title: Country Development Manager-(Middle East)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the establishment of cooperative relationships with cryptocurrency media in the Middle East markets, expanding the media channels for Web3 projects in the target regions.
• Responsible for planning and executing traffic-driven Web3 cooperation projects to increase platform user base and engagement.
• Organize and participate in business negotiations to ensure the negotiation of cooperation terms and the signing of contracts.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of cooperation and adjust strategies in a timely manner.
• Manage and optimize the media cooperation process to improve cooperation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective alignment of project needs with media resources.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in business development or media relations, with a background in cryptocurrency media cooperation preferred.
• Have a deep understanding of Web3 technology and blockchain, familiar with the fields of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, etc.
• Possess excellent business negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication skills, capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
• Fluent in English communication, with overseas study or living experience preferred.
• Strong market insight and analytical ability, capable of quickly identifying market opportunities.
• Have good project management skills and can work effectively in a multitasking environment.
• Familiar with overseas media and new media platforms, with experience in overseas media cooperation and operation, and have experience in overseas integrated marketing.
