Position: AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Duration: 1 year (Extendable)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)

Job Purpose

• This role is to develop automation and machine learning solutions that improve business processes, while supporting AI/ML model deployment and contributing to innovation through emerging technologies like MLOps and Generative AI.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Python programming with a strong focus on automation and scripting.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying ML models.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills with experience using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of core ML concepts, model lifecycle, and performance evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, or Azure ML Studio.
• Basic experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering concepts.
• Interest in or experience working with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or enterprise automation platforms.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, and a mindset of continuous learning.
