HR Services Coordinator

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate to join our HR Shared Service team.

Your extrovert communication skills will be necessary for this role as you will coordinate with various business units operating under the group. As the main point of contact for the Onboarding and Offboarding team, you will ensure that various businesses receive high-priority and positive experience based on the defined SLAs. To succeed in this role, we expect you to possess critical skills such as attention to detail, analytical, advanced written business communication, and be tech-savvy. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and learning as you will be expected to support and manage complete lifecycle events within the hire-to-retire process.

Responsibilities: -

Employee Onboarding Process

  • Ensure all Onboarding activities comply with UAE labour law and company policies, including the application for new work permits and residency visas.
  • Regularly engage with newly onboarded employees during their initial period to address concerns and provide ongoing support. Gather feedback to enhance the Onboarding process.
  • Monitor Onboarding metrics, such as time to productivity and employee feedback, to assess the effectiveness of Onboarding programs and suggest improvements.
  • Manage enrollment of new joiners’ medical and Life insurance.


Employee Offboarding Process


  • Process for work permits and visa cancellations based on business requests.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team to process the final settlement.
  • Perform deletion of employees' medical and Life insurance.


Work Permit & Visa Administration

  • Submit Job Offer Contracts (JOC) on the MoHRE portal and coordinate with PRO for approvals.
  • Handle work permit renewals and track expirations, providing updates to the business units.
  • Process employee visa renewals, verify documents, and manage residency renewals on the GDRFA portal.

Visa Amendments:

  • Process work permits and residency amendments, verify documents, and update the business units on approvals.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Apply for quotas, process salary certificates, and complete tasks on relevant portals.
  • Manage LPOs, invoices, and monthly credit card settlements.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably in the field of Human Resources.
  • 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience


Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
