About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in managing end-to-end C&B processes, payroll operations, and ensuring compliance across all reward-related matters. The ideal candidate will bring both technical and strategic expertise in managing salary structures, benefit programs, and payroll accuracy in a fast-paced, regional or multinational environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and improve compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company strategy
  • Support the annual compensation cycle: merit increases, bonus administration, allowances, and policy updates
  • Coordinate benefit program renewals, including insurance, retirement plans, and allowances
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs and managers on compensation packages and policy interpretations
  • Manage end-to-end payroll process in coordination with Finance and external providers across assigned geographies
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements
  • Review monthly payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before final approvals
  • Maintain employee data integrity across HR and payroll systems
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and reconciliations for Finance, Audit, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for all C&B and payroll processes
  • Support HR system updates related to compensation, benefits, and payroll modules
  • Participate in reward-related projects and audits as required
  • Ensure continuous improvement and automation of reward and payroll processes
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, preferably in a regional or multinational company
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits administration
    • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS/Payroll platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred)
    • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
