Cyber Security Consultant/Threat management - CISSP Certifified

Airswift have partnered with a firm that are looking for a consultnat focused on GRC and Threat management. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats to protect the organization’s assets and reputation. The role involves implementing threat strategies, managing vulnerabilities, supporting incident response, and aligning with broader security goals.

Experience:

• 7- Years in Cybersecurity Roles: Proven experience in threat management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
• Technical Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GCIH, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Threat Management Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, NIST, or ISO 27001.
• Hands-On Experience: Practical experience with Nessus, Sentinel tools.
• Team Leadership: Experience in coordinating and mentoring security teams to enhance threat management capabilities.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements such as GDPR, and their impact on security operations.
• Threat Management Expertise: Strong understanding of threat detection, analysis, and mitigation techniques.
• Threat Intelligence Skills: Proficiency in gathering and analysing threat intelligence from internal and external sources.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Incident Response Leadership: Ability to lead incident response efforts with a calm and structured approach.
