Job Title: Senior Android Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer who’s passionate about building polished, scalable, and high-performance mobile experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead feature development with a strong focus on Jetpack Compose and modern Kotlin-first architectures, while mentoring others and contributing to team-wide engineering excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of core Android features using Jetpack Compose and reactive programming techniques
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and fellow engineers to build intuitive and performant user experiences
• Own delivery of major platform components aligned with architectural standards
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and advocate for best practices in Android development
• Engage in cross-functional work with iOS, API, and Web teams to drive cohesive experiences
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on Kotlin-first mobile solutions
• Continuously stay up to date with advancements in mobile frameworks, third-party libraries, and tools

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of experience building native Android applications
• 2+ years of experience with Kotlin

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Android development experience
• 3+ years of Kotlin experience
• 1+ year of experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with open-source frameworks and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
