about the Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping blockchain-enabled trading and payment platforms. You'll work with product, engineering, and business teams to define features, gather user insights, and support delivery from idea to launch. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a background in financial markets, trading platforms, fintech, or blockchain environments.

skills & experience

• Minimum 2 years in business analysis, product, or project roles, ideally in fintech, trading, or blockchain environments
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or digital assets (e.g. crypto, futures, or tokenization)
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories
• Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration, and Agile/Scrum processes
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in trading system integration or working with blockchain products is a strong advantage
• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
