Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in driving the development of cutting-edge AI chatbot solutions, ensuring top-notch customer experiences. As a Fullstack Developer, you will have a heavy focus on front-end technologies while also contributing to backend development.

Key Responsibilities

Front-end Development:

Develop and maintain user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design changes and improvements.

Backend Development

Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java and Node.js.

Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

AI Chatbot Development

Work closely with the AI team to integrate chatbot functionalities.

Implement machine learning models and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms.

Continuously improve chatbot performance and user experience.

Collaboration And Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Skills And Requirements

Proficient in client & server-side JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, React.js, Redux and webpack

Competent in developing Node.js applications and building single page web applications using React.js & Redux

Experience with page optimization and page load time

Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web

Experience in developing automated unit and functional tests

Experience in agile development process
