Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our IT support team in the client’s Kyiv office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a final-year student with a passion for technology to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally in the field of IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees.
• Providing support to IT staff by answering phones, processing paperwork, and responding to user requests.
• Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers.
• Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
• Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Desire to develop a career as a Technical Support Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
