We're seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. As a Java Backend Lead Developer, you'll design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

• What You Will Do*
• *Backend Development*: Design and develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• *Cloud Deployment*: Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud, leveraging services like EC2, S3, and RDS.
• *Containerization*: Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate microservices.
• *Technical Leadership*: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• *Code Quality*: Ensure high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• *Troubleshooting*: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• What You Need to Be Successful*
• *Java Experience*: 3 to 6 years of experience in Java development, with expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• *Microservices Architecture*: Experience designing and developing microservices-based systems.
• *AWS Cloud*: Experience with AWS Cloud services, including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• *Containerization*: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• *Technical Leadership*: Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
• Bonus Points if You Have*
• *SQL Experience*: Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
• *DevOps Experience*: Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• *Cloud-Native Development*: Experience with cloud-native development and design patterns.
