Game Producer

Job Requirements

• Drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable
• Work in collaboration with Games Mathematicians and Games Prototypers to define, maintain and document game design requirements
• Brief game requirements into game artists, animators, audio and developers and continue to work with them throughout the development phase, including running daily stand-ups, as well as keep track of the project progress, liaise with project managers, mathematicians and key stakeholders to ensure the original vision is executed to an excellent level under agreed budget and timelines
• Product testing and review, identifying any core user experience issues and prioritizing any feedback
• To keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regards to workload and projects
• Analyze competitors’ and in house products
• Keep an eye on what is on trend in social casino, real casino industries and other medias
• To work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager
• Participation in after business hours calls as per business need.

Key Skills/Experience

• Proven experience of delivering high performing slots in the gambling sector
• Ability to write and maintain game design documentation
• Excellent presentation skills
• Understand what makes a game appealing and fun to play
• Able to assess the market, trends and marketing insights
• Able to take responsibility for organizing work within the production schedule, managing files and meeting deadlines
• Strong understanding of time and priority management
• Able to mock up ideas on paper and digitally

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in art (or in any discipline) with 9-12 years of experience in Art/Tech Art Field with some project management experience
• 3+ years of experience in the slot gaming industry
• Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and face-paced environment, across multiple time zones and build consensus and drive results
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Communicator, Collaborative, highly organized, Curios, Respectful, Flexible and Player focused
• Embraces “Being Bold” – not afraid to propose new ideas, embrace new challenges, suggest changes, etc.
• Deadline-oriented, but still flexible
• Prepared to switch focus whilst handling multiple projects in an organized way, as well as on an ad hoc basis
• Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative
• Passion for gambling and its surrounding theories and models, especially slots
