Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Netcracker and Provisioning billing systems. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to ensure successful project delivery within the stipulated timelines. The candidate will work during the day shift and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Netcracker and Provisioning billing systems.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Netcracker and Provisioning billing systems.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving project objectives.
• Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
• Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work as needed.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Certification in Netcracker is highly desirable.
