Java Full Stack Engineer

Role: Java Full Stack Developer

Duration: 6 months FTC

Location: Melb/Syd/Brisbane

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. You should be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, front-end frameworks, and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Build robust backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure seamless communication between client and server.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular / React / Vue, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
