Embedded Software Engineer - Technical Lead

Your tasks:

• Technical Lead of a HVAC software development team
• Guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results
• Run SW waterfall-type sub-projects (estimation, planning, requirements elicitation, resourcing, risk management)

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Proven track record as technical lead in embedded SW development and SW projects, specifically in a C/C++/RTOS environment and / or Matlab, Simulink
• Proven track record in Requirements Engineering (System Requirements - technical SW requirements)
• Experience with model based development (e.g. Simulink) and Code generation for embedded targets
• Strong communicator in english language towards internal and external stakeholders
• Strong in execution, results driven
