We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team and play a key role in building innovative software solutions. In this position, you will focus on designing and implementing backend systems that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with various teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and technical standards.

Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain backend systems using Java and related frameworks
  • Develop and refine SQL queries to manage large volumes of data while ensuring database accuracy
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, QA teams, and other technical groups to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Perform code reviews, promote best practices, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Contribute to the design and planning of new features, enhancing system architecture as needed
  • Work with the architecture team to identify suitable technologies and solve complex technical issues while maintaining high code quality
  • Address and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges in applications
  • Create and maintain documentation for code and technical solutions
  • Stay updated on trends in Java development, database management, and emerging technologies


Requirements


  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Java development, with expertise in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and JDBCTemplate
  • Practical experience with microservices frameworks like Spring Boot, including WebFlux, RestController, and Swagger
  • Strong knowledge of SQL design and optimization for databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and PLSQL
  • Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and high-performance applications
  • Experience managing large datasets and optimizing database queries for efficiency
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Capability to debug and resolve complex software issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with analysts, QA teams, and developers
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented design principles
  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written, at a B2 level or higher


Nice to have


  • Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Maven
  • Knowledge of tools such as SonarQube for code review and optimization
  • Familiarity with OpenShift for managing containerized applications
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar platforms
