IT Deskside Support

This is a contract role for an IT Deskside Support professional, based on-site in Berlin, Germany. The IT Deskside Support will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. Day-to-day tasks include network administration, user support, system maintenance, and addressing technical issues promptly. The role requires strong technical skills and effective customer service to support and resolve end-user issues.

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with hardware & software troubleshooting, Windows and Office deployment, PC deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are advantageous
