👥 Your role in the team

As a Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will support our Field Service department and work closely with colleagues from our worldwide locations.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Development and further enhancement of data analytics in the field service / customer service sector
• Analysis and visualization of service and deployment data
• Development of dashboards, benchmarks, and standardized reports to support service teams and management
• Identification of optimization potentials in service processes and customer systems based on data
• Provision of ad-hoc reports
• Support in data-driven projects for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in service.

Qualifications

• Excellent SQL and PowerBI skills
• Structured, customer-oriented, analytical mindset and a high solution orientation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in interdisciplinary teams are desirable.
• Solid MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience
• Experience in analyzing large datasets and visualizing results
• Extensive experience in the development and creation of reports

Education

• Completed technical education (FH, TU, university, or similar)
