AI Engineer

Are you an experienced software developer eager to transition into the exciting field of Artificial Intelligence?

We are looking for an AI Engineer or a Software Developer transitioning to AI to join our fast-growing team.

The main functions of this role will include:

1. Design, develop, and maintain software projects for training and evaluating AI models.
2. Implement comprehensive testing frameworks including unit tests, integration tests, and regression testing to monitor AI model performance and track changes across model iterations.
3. Develop integration solutions and APIs to seamlessly incorporate AI models into existing Neterium products (Jetflow and Jetscan) in collaboration with the development team.
4. Ensure all code and AI models comply with EU AI Act requirements and maintain necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
5. Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-driven technologies and solutions that address company challenges and align with business objectives.

Your skills and experience:

1. You have at least 4-5 years of experience in software development, ideally as a Python developer or with a solid background in object-oriented programming languages like Java or C#, and you're ready to make the move to Python.
2. You demonstrate a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence through personal projects or professional initiatives.
3. You consistently write rigorous, simple, maintainable, and high-quality code.
4. You possess practical experience managing, analyzing, and mining structured and/or unstructured data.
5. You’re familiar with tools and infrastructure related to large-scale data storage (e.g., S3, NoSQL databases) and data transformation pipelines.
6. A first experience with Machine Learning technologies such as Tensorflow, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, or similar frameworks is considered an asset but not mandatory.
7. Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
8. Excellent verbal and written communication in English
9. Ability to operate inside a security-aware culture
