Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating and negotiating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Coordinating construction project activities with responsible managers from the design, production, logistics, and installation departments.
• Resolving ongoing project-related issues and managing project risks.
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling the project budget and schedule.
• Improving the project management process.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Head of the Project Management Department.

Your Qualifications:

• Higher education in engineering, preferably in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience in project management, ideally within the precast concrete or construction industry.
• Strong English skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in planning, delegation, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and partners.
