Chief Product Officer (Web3 Project)

Our client is a well funded project centred on the TON ecosystem. Due to expansion, they are seeking to hire an experienced CPO to join their already talented team.

Chief Product Officer:

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute business, marketing and product strategy of our clients key tools and services as one of the major prospects in the TON Ecosystem
• P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing revenue streams and controlling costs.
• Develop and execute promotions for Client tools with Communities and Telegram Apps within the TON Ecosystem.
• Coordinate with marketers, engineers, analysts, designers and other team members to expand the current product based on a roadmap you will develop, with an emphasis on increasing user engagement and ecosystem development.
• Keep on top of Telegram apps and TON Ecosystem trends to identify new opportunities and partnerships for our clients tools and offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully developing & launching consumer-facing crypto products in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Minimum of 4-5 yrs of experience in product development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of blockchain tech, smart contracts, and self-custodial wallet solutions.
• Proven track record of managing P&L for digital products or services, including setting and achieving financial targets.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and external projects within the crypto and messaging space
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Ability to operate in a global environment, with regard to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong English capability
