Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Operations, Comupute & Storage Team that is a part of our IT Infrastructure Department .The main target of this positions is to develop, deliver and maintain end user applications in the role of Technical Application Owner including Lifecycle Management.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Acting as interface between business and IT to develop, deliver and maintain IT Infrastructure systems and services based on elaborated Change Requests and Projects
• Coordinate, manage, and support IT solution and/or application development as required by designing and configuring to agreed specifications, estimation, testing, and documentation of change requests.
• Perform IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, including ticket handling and application/IT solution monitoring
• Perform IT service trainings and 2nd-Level Helpdesk activities together with the IT Service team
• Strengthen our collaboration- bringing the IT Infrastructure team from different locations (Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Cracow) together

Your skills and experience:

• Educational background within IT / technical studies or relevant certifications / trainings completed
• In-depth hands-on IT knowledge in Windows Administration, Active Directory, GPO and software packaging
• Experience in 2nd / 3rd level support of IT environments
• Cybersecurity knowledge and process knowledge on Vulnerability management and Patch Management
• Willingness to integrate into existing support team to ensure high availability of UI Infrastructure estate
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure architecture and up-to-date environments
• Willingness to travel to IT Infrastructure locations in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Cracow (1-2 per months)
• Experience with Financial Services regulation (DORA, KAIT or comparable regulatory frameworks)
• Very good communication skills
• Very good English and German language skills
