I am currently working with a key financial services client on the expansion of their Enterprise Simplification Centre of Excellence, part of a major group-wide transformation strategy focused on building a Simpler, Faster, Better business.
The role is an FTC until end of Dec 2026, and comes with excellent base salary and benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in delivering high-impact change across complex systems and structures. As a Business Partner within the Centre of Excellence, you’ll work across multiple functions to identify and drive process improvements, embed automation, and shape transformational roadmaps that put both customers and colleagues at the centre of decision-making.
You’ll join a high-calibre team committed to operational excellence, cultural change, and delivering real, measurable outcomes that support long-term strategic goals. This role reports to the COE Lead and supports the Director of Enterprise Simplification.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with functions across the business to shape and deliver process improvement and automation initiatives, aligned to Group and divisional priorities.
- Operate at all levels of the process hierarchy, from strategic, top-down transformation to bottom-up issue resolution and critical ‘burning platform’ areas.
- Develop process heatmaps and transformation roadmaps by working closely with teams across IT, Data, Business Architecture, Marketing and Customer Experience.
- Lead strategic simplification programmes using Lean Six Sigma, service design, automation and digitisation approaches.
- Drive measurable improvements across key KPIs, including:
- Reduced average handling time (AHT), manual work and operational risk
- Improved customer experience (CES), complaint volumes and process efficiency
- Cost savings aligned to business value and OKRs
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, coaching teams and embedding lasting capability across the organisation.
- Act as a key voice for customer and colleague experience, helping to influence design decisions across a wide range of change activity.
What will make you stand out?
- A strong track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation and process improvement in complex, regulated environments (financial services preferred).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean, Agile, and service design methodologies (Lean Six Sigma MBB preferred).
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills – confident building business cases, leading programme budgets, and influencing senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, able to operate at both a strategic and process-detail level.
- Experience in customer, digital, risk, regulatory or operational change programmes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- High integrity and discretion in managing sensitive organisational change.
Desirable experience
- Jira and Confluence familiarity
- Agile delivery experience, ideally as Scrum Master
- Lean Six Sigma certification (MBB preferred)
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
You must have full working rights for Ireland/UK to be considered for these positions.
