Job Description:

Our client, a leading organisation in the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the RFP and tendering process for the selection and initial implementation of a new CRM system. This is a 6-month daily rate contract role based in Dublin City Centre.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of the RFP and tendering process for a CRM solution.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define CRM needs.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and coordinate vendor evaluations.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with IT, Procurement, and Business Units throughout all phases.
• Monitor risk, budget, and compliance aspects associated with vendor selection and project planning.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Support early stages of CRM implementation planning and readiness.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within a professional or enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading RFP and vendor selection processes, ideally for CRM or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Experience in procurement and contract negotiations.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management certification is advantageous.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
