Description
Cloud platform team is responsible for building, managing and evolving cloud infrastructure for internal product development and EIS SaaS customers. Cloud engineers in EIS support accounts across multiple cloud providers (mainly AWS and Azure) and are also responsible for developing and managing Observability stack for company-wide use. Our team's main goal is to provide cloud infrastructure with security, governance and speed in mind. We put most of the effort in automating, standardising and securing the platform to enable EIS SaaS to scale. We collaborate closely with DevOps enabling them to automate software deployments according to DevOps practices within EIS product development lifecycle.
Currently, we have an opportunity for a Senior Cloud Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate Cloud services provisioning for EIS OneSuite Development and Production environments;
- Automate configuration of DevOps and Security tools;
- Support and Manage EIS SaaS Cloud platform;
- Manage and evolve the company's Observability stack.
- Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and operating workloads on Cloud (AWS, Azure);
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform);
- Proficiency with configuration management (Ansible);
- Familiarity with GitOps practices for infrastructure management;
- Automation skills (Gitlab CI/CD);
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (or AWS EKS) system architecture and experience in building and maintaining Kubernetes-based configurations using the Helm package manager;
- Solid knowledge and experience in Linux OS administration;
- Solid knowledge of Cloud and Hybrid Networking, including core networking, cloud networking and security services;
- Experience with Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki);
- A proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach to overcome challenges and willingness to learn and contribute to the evolution of our team.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Cloud technologies;
- Intermediate English level;
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms;
- Certifications for Cloud and Kubernetes;
- A history of involvement in the IT community, such as conferences, meetups, or similar activities;
- Experience in mentoring or leading teams.
