We’re looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer who’s ready to grow fast and help us take our front-end solutions to the next level. 🚀

• Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team, supporting the delivery of impactful and scalable digital solutions;
• Develop and maintain features across our telecommunications ecosystem, including the e-commerce platform, customer self-service portal, and internal admin panel;
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to continuously enhance the user experience for hundreds of thousands of customers;
• Partner with the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team to implement visually engaging features and improvements to public-facing websites;
• Actively contribute to codebase migration and refactoring initiatives across multiple IT projects;
• Ensure and improve overall website performance through ongoing optimization efforts.
  
  

Our expectations for you:

• Comfortable working with front-end technologies and eager to grow in this area;
• A creative and visionary thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actions;
• Experience with JavaScript (preferably Alpine.js);
• Experience with CSS, including responsive design; TailwindCSS is a bonus;
• Bonus points for basic grasp of backend technologies;
• Experience with Git and browser tools for debugging.
