WHAT YOU’LL DO

📊 Dashboard Development

Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize key metrics for product, operations, and CRM teams.

📊 Data Exploration and Reporting

Handle ad-hoc data extraction requests and support the decision making process through clear data insights and reports.

📊 Query Optimization

Fix and troubleshoot issues in existing queries and tools, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.

📊 Forecasting and Trend Monitoring

Monitor KPIs and behavioral patterns to detect trends, send alerts, and build forecasts.

📊 Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into clear data visualizations and actionable insights.

📊 Storytelling Through Data

Present findings in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

🎯 Solid background in data analytics, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or banking.

🎯 Strong experience in SQL and Excel.

🎯 Familiarity with PowerBI (Tableau, Qlik or Quicksight would also be great).

🎯 Experience presenting data and insights to non-technical teams.

🎯 Excellent communication skills in English.

NICE TO BRING

🎯 Understanding of CRM or marketing.

🎯 Knowledge of Asian markets.
