We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in software development to lead strategic projects within software development projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high quality, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in software development to lead strategic projects within software development projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high quality, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project lifecycle management: Define project scope, baselines, and deliverables; plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Methodology & quality: Promote Agile (Scrum/Kanban) best practices, participate in retrospectives and reviews; oversee quality assurance and compliance with software development standards.
- Risk & change control: Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead formal Change Control Board sessions to manage scope changes.
- Team leadership & coordination: Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects); define roles using RACI frameworks; support, coach, and motivate teams toward successful delivery.
- Stakeholder communication: Maintain transparent reporting, escalate issues when needed, and align expectations between business, technical, and external stakeholders.
- Project closure & optimization: Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reuse.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in telecom or ICT environments
- Certified in PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum Master)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence
- Proven ability to engage and align both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, proactive in risk management, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an asset
