Task Responsibilities:
- Owns and evolves the HR Technology Strategy in alignment with business goals and HR transformation initiatives
- Defines HR Technology strategy objectives, clarifies the HR Digital ownership and ensures the objectives are tackled and achieved
- Tracks market trends and emerging HR technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Acts as primary coordinator for changes, upgrades and maintenance of HR systems; consults and informs the HR team and the business on new functionalities, applications and solutions
- Continuously reviews and enhances HR processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance; works closely with all HR roles to collect and incorporate feedback / updates / new requirements
- Oversees end-to-end system lifecycle management, including configuration, testing, deployment, user training and post-go-live support
- Acts as the key interface between HR, Corporate IT and third party vendors
- Proven experience managing HR systems, excellence knowledge of the Oracle HCM system is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with an end-to-end implementation project is a plus
- Experience with global HR operations, strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are modeled in an HCM platform
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in the system testing, post-go live support as well as user training
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and digital innovation
