HR Generalist

Having around 220 specialized human resources Thales Portugal has a strong capability to design, develop, and deploy systems and services efficiently in the Defence, Security (Critical Information Systems, Critical Infrastructure and Banking) and Transportation markets.

Your mission:

• Support and clarify employees about HR policies and procedures, acknowledge and screen requests or issues, assuring the follow-up until its closure
• Ensure HR databases are up to date and prepare HR related documentation
• Development and implementation of HR projects
• Keep activities and KPIs on-track and ready for reporting
  
  
  

We are looking forward to:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• Experience as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation
• A people-person, with exceptional communication and empathy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality oriented
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
