Cybersecurity Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Contribute to Security Management activities
• Draft and update policies, standards, guidelines
• Contribute to performing market reviews, products analyses, studies
• Contribute to user awareness programs.
• Protect the ICT infrastructure and applications
• Contribute to defining architectures for security systems
• Implement Security settings on various kinds of IT components.
• Be an actor of the operational Security processes
• Operate the Security assurance platforms and tools
• Perform threat hunting activities
• Detect and analyse security events
• Respond to security incidents.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field and a minimum of 4 years professional experience in IT.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the domain of ICT Security.
• Hands-on experience with security systems and technologies such as: Microsoft Defender, Palo Alto (including Cortex XDR), Splunk, Tenable (or similar vulnerability/threat management tools, penetration tests.
• Strong incident response capabilities, including: Detection, analysis, and remediation of security incident, Threat hunting and proactive monitoring.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining security settings across various IT components (servers, networks, applications).
• Ability to support end-user security needs, including: Responding to user-related security queries, Delivering security awareness workshops and materials.
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as EU Cybersecurity Regulation, ISO 27001/27005, NIST, etc.
• Security Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or similar are considered an asset.
• Experience in drafting, updating, and implementing security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
