Agile Coach (m/f)

Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the Financial Services area, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of an Agile Coach (m/f).

Functions

• Coaching teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in Agile values and Lean thinking;
• Designing and delivering training sessions and Agile capability-building initiatives;
• Supporting Agile transformation journeys across multiple levels of the organization;
• Facilitating large-scale planning and strategy sessions (e.g., PI Planning, OKRs, retrospectives);
• Collaborating with leadership to assess team maturity and recommend actionable improvements;
• Promoting the use of Agile metrics to foster a culture of learning and performance;
• Advising on Agile tooling strategy, especially around Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Solid background as an Agile Coach or senior Agile practitioner in complex environments;
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe);
• Certified in relevant frameworks (e.g., SPC, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, PSM II/III, KMP);
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• Ability to influence all organizational levels and foster cultural change;
• Experience working with Agile metrics and team performance indicators;
• Groovy scripting or ScriptRunner knowledge (is a plus);
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) & German (is a plus).
