Lead Mobile Developer

We are seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to join a leader industrial company´s team in Madrid. You will be part of a +50 people team, divided between Germany and Spain. This team is specialized in Mobility Platforms.

Your mission will be to mentor the team and communicate with stakeholders to translate the requirements to the tech team.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in mobile development, with Android and Java.
• Proven skills in leadership.
• Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• Tech Bachelor´s Degree completed.
• English proficiency at C1 level is essential.

Conditions:

• Permanent contract with an end-user company.
• Flexible working hours.
• Hybrid model: 2 days in office per week.
• 3 months of full remote per year (July, August and December!)
• Work permit required: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain.
