What you’ll do

Define and own test strategies/test plan and drive long-term improvements in testing areas.
Requirement analysis from unit to system and help the definition of the test infrastructure
Must explain in front of auditors the test process and procedures followed by the team

What you need to be successful

10+ years' experience in testing embedded systems, at least 1-2 years’ experience as test architect
Programming experience (ANSI C)
Experience with MCU peripherals and external devices like power management devices, transceivers, external flash, etc.; and how to test SW that enables these devices
Debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software
GIT or other version control systems
English language (spoken and written)
Strong analytical skills to understand, model, and analyze electronic circuits and systems to propose breakthrough semiconductor solutions
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
Experience with use-case analysis and decomposition in test
Proven experience in microcontroller architecture, Software, or system-level integration
Strong collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams, including silicon, software, firmware, and board design engineers
Experience with any of the following is considered a plus:
Prior experience working at Automotive Tier 1 supplier in defining, implementing test methodologies on all ASPICE levels of testing
Experience in microcontroller architect and serial communication protocols, such as I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, UART and Ethernet
Familiarity with requirements tracking tools such as IBM DOORS
Team and people skills for an international and intercultural environment, self driven attitude to get engaged and contribute
Basic knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet, CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
Electronics and working with data acquisition equipment, logic analyzer, oscilloscope
